So, What can you Expect??

– Once we survey and accept the job or task, we provide our labour costs, and a 50% deposit is respectively taken.
– Depending on size of the Job, costs such as materials can be charged upon completion.
– We’ll actively update you on any progress or issues that may cause delays.
– We will leave the work area clean and tidy, before handing things over.
– Upon completion, you’ll be awarded the Ayka Signature to build up towards Loyalty rewards.

Do you REALLY do all those Trade works??

Haha. As much as I love construction, I’ve learned to stick to my core skills and develop others as I go along.

My core remit of competence falls with Electrical work, with experience in doing Bricklaying and Woodwork. I can carry out all other general Handyman work too.

BUT here’s the thing, I NEVER take on work I cannot do, so I prefer to refer you to Trusted Traders within our Network to help you out.

Upon successful completion of a job (over £100), the referee [whose job was done completed] and referrer [who referred us] will both qualify for £10. This can be credit, voucher off your next Ayka task, or to use in our Shop. It is your choice, you’ve earned it by being with us.

All promotional’s (discounts, referral and loyalty schemes) apply ONLY if work is undertaken by AyKa Builds directly. It does NOT include work undertaken by other contractors we refer you to. This is because we do not earn revenue for trying to find another trader who can help fulfill your needs. Thanks for your understanding, as we try and be as fair as possible.
